Winds of Will: A Whisper and Roar
In halls of power, the winds converse, Whispers of wills, in silence immersed. A dance of titans behind closed doors, A clash of visions, a battle of oars. Ebbing and flowing, the tides of the law, Each wave a decree, each gust a foresaw. In the heart of justice, the truth will outpour, As the winds of will whisper, and then they roar.
